Flagship Project
The Vaad HaPoel Building.
Tel Aviv.
Facade preservation of the Vaad HaPoel building in Tel Aviv — the largest preservation building in Israel. Carried out for the New Histadrut (February 2023–2026), it included the conservation and restoration of historic facade elements: new precast units and new wooden windows and storefronts, all faithful to the original.

Leads the firm's design practice and team. A licensed architect, with over 20 years of experience planning public buildings and commercial spaces — from first concept, through permitting and execution management, to key handover.
Yaron Gabriel
Project Manager
Manages execution end-to-end — from tenders and contractors to handing over the keys. Responsible for keeping schedule, budget, and quality across every phase, and the day-to-day relationship with the client.
